About Amiee's Wok N Roll
I would like to introduce to you whose behind the kitchen of Amiee's Wok N Roll LLC, a Food Trailer located at 8497 Navarre Parkway, Navarre Florida.
My name is Amiee from City of Manila Philippines, I speak Japanese, English, and obviously Tagalog one of the Filipinos dialect. I Spend 27 years in Japan because I got an opportunity to work at Tokyo Disneyland as a Costume maintenance for night Parade. A very interesting and fun job with the Disney characters, after my work contract I change my line of work as a quality control for car parts. To make the story short I started from low position until I become a Quality Control and a leader at my station. Not to mention of doing a part time job after my regular job since cooking is one of my favorite hobby. Working 9-5 and part time for 4 hours everyday is hard but fun when you accomplished something.
When it comes to Food Industry I learned my food handling with my very strict mentor in Japan. I worked also in a Food Factory making sandwich, sushi, Obento (packed food to go) for convenience store, Ramen, Curry and sushi restaurants. Here in US I had an experience to worked at a small restaurant as a prep assistant.
Now I realized more that cooking is my passion. I am giving my commitment and here to share my passion to cook delicious foods and serve at Food Trailer of Amiee's Wok N Roll.
I will be serving a Japanese Food like Curry with a different kind of toppings like pork cutlet (Tonkatsu), fried chicken (karaage), scramble eggs and cheese, tempura veggies and more. For Filipino Food we will have Adobo (pork/Chicken stew, marinated and cooked in special seasoning), Pansit (Noodles sautéed with vegetables), Pinoy Lumpia and more variety of Asian Food. Open from Sundays to Saturdays, 6 days a week to satisfy your craving for Asian Food. Mondays will be close.
